FreePBX 17 Visual Voice Mail Random Fatal Error

On a new FreePBX 17 install, have seen twice now with 2 different Digium D65 phones, visual voice mail will just randomly start giving this error on the screen. Typing out what is visible on the screen as I can’t find it in the logs anywhere.

“Application Error, Undefined Array key 1 on /var/www/html/admin/modules/restapps/dphoneApi/v…(can’t see past that on the screen)
at 41(2)”

If I delete all of the users voice mail server side, it starts working again.

Any suggestions on how to fix or troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @jdennis

It appears that the caller ID information was missing in some voicemails, which was causing an error. I’ve just pushed a fix to Edge to handle this scenario gracefully.
