FreePBX 17: SSH & GUI Inaccessible From Browser After Adding New Extension

Hi, I am new to FreePBX. I am facing an issue where the FreePBX GUI panel and SSH is inaccessible after adding a new extension. The steps that I have taken:

  1. Disable the firewall using fwconsole firewall disable command (I run the command via the hosting dashboard).
  2. Add my network to the firewall using fwconsole firewall trust <IP>.
  3. Add my network to fail2-ban whitelist.

After executing the above steps, both the SSH and the GUI panel are still inaccessible. Is there any further step that needs to be taken? Any help would be appreciated.
