FreePBX 17 New Install Can't Activate

Hello!
I installed the latest version of FreePBX 17

PBX Version: 17.0.25
PBX Distro: 12.7.8-2408-1.sng12
Asterisk Version: 22.7.0

and can’t activate it. I get the error message:

Activation Error!

Unable to display activation page. Error returned was:

Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 13399 out of 15166 bytes received

But if I try to activate it several times, I sometimes get to the registration form. After filling it out, I click Create, but nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Leo
Make sure Phone Number field is updated before clicking on the create button in the activation form.

If you’re in a business environment, web filtering might be blocking the activation process. That’s as far as I would get during the process without having to get the web filter team to help me with some whitelist entries.
