Freepbx 17 - Dealing with trunk problems

Dear friends, I have two instances of Freepbx installed on vps. The first one is Freepbx16 running under Centos and the second onde is Freepbx17 running under Debian. Athe the Freepbx 16 installation, i have a trunk running using PJSIP and it is normally wokring. I tryed using the same configuration that is running on freepbx16 on freepbx17, but it did not work. When Checking Reports > Info Asterisk, I get this info:

<Registration/ServerURI…> <Auth…> <Status…>

918835/sip:sip.zadarma.com:5060 918835 Rejected (exp. 41s)

Objects found: 1

And The CLI Report says the following:

6453 [2024-10-21 05:54:02] NOTICE[8989] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request ‘INVITE’ from ‘sip:00013147798720:[email protected]’ failed for ‘192.95.20.52:59829’ (callid: 26852293-1285614941-2076964921) - No matching endpoint found

Could please someone help me on getting de directions do sove this problem?

PS: When using Putty and loggin as root, i can ping sip.zadarma.com normally, so i can see that linux DNS is working well.

Thanks a bunch, have a nice week

Might not be obvious but are both behind firewall where port forwarding is taking place or both have their own public IP? If public IP for each, swap them and see if it registers just to see if the 16 registration is being held by the public IP on the service provider end assuming you are trunking to same carrier / account.

No firewalls for both installation, they are on different vps accounts with different Public IPs.

Same provider and account on that side? If so, you sometimes have to deregister the old public IP before allowing new one. For instance, in SIP station you create a trunk group to register multiple pbx’s to a single carrier account with them.

on really i´m trying to shut down the old one Freepbx16 and use the new version when everything works well with this new one. I tryed doing the following yesterday night: I turned off the freepbx16 so i tryed turning on the freepbx with this provider account but no succes. I also tried to connect to another voip account taht i´m not using (a test account) with another provider but it had the same behaviour. It looks like that freepbx is not resolving DNS.

What does ifconfig show for DNS records? Static settings on NIC or dynamic?

or “ip a s” since ifconfig is deprecated in D12

Thanks so much on helping me… Here is my ifconfig

Follow this link and see what DNS says as that NIC looks good…
