We recently migrated most of our phones to a new FreePBX 17 server. We have all D and P series phones. Randomly for only some users, in the “Contacts” app on our phones the same phone / extension shows in the list twice. It seems like the D40’s aren’t showing the dupes but D65 and P325 phones are. The only thing I notice different between the dupes in the “Contacts” app is that one of them has a soft key for “Dial VM” and the other does not. Other than that, they appear identical.
I’ve checked all of the obvious places such as user manager, contact manger, extensions and there aren’t any duplicates there. Any suggestions of what else to try or look at in order to remove these duplicates?
