FreePBX 17 - connection refused after activation

Hello,

I’m currently working on a v15 - v17 migration. I have the v17 instance going, and then when I tried to activate so that purchases, etc can be transferred over, I immediately got a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I’m SSH’ed in, so I know the server connection didn’t break. Also I had made a tweak to the apache settings to switch to port 8080, as I have another tool that uses nginx and there was a port conflict. I still reach all else exposed via nginx, except for the FreePBX Portal on port 8080. Any ideas what broke when I clicked “Activate”?
