Just curious why we are making a duplicate of the CDR table with insert trigger. I don’t really need 2 copies – I have known good backups. What breaks if I delete the insert trigger on asteriskcdrdb.cdr?
It’s used to make call history queries and it’s pruned regularly in order to keep the query responsive and the table size down. Deleting it will break call history features in Sangoma devices and soft clients.
