FreePBX 16 Remove Administrators menu item

Deprecated for userman back in 13 everyone should be using userman 3 releases and however many years later. I am guessing that menu item should be removed or at least the link hidden in 16+

This should go to the ticket system but someone out there may be using that menu still so I thought I would throw it here for discussion

Still used to create admins for for Xactview/iSymphony, otherwise I don’t think it’s needed by most.

perhaps someone should be poked to move that :slight_smile:

Also the initial admin account is still this.
