FreePBX 15 UI doesnt load?

Hi we recently did a fresh installation of Freepbx 15 and setup the configurations pretty basic. The Features seem to be working except for hte GUI, it will intermittently not load and so far the only way to resolve is to reboot the pbx. when this happens all other functions remain operational. any suggestions?

That sounds like something is triggering the firewall or fail2ban to block your IP address. If so (or you suspect that to be the case), whitelist your IP in the firewall module.

i believe its something to do with the firewall or something similar as well since i can login to the pbx via another local ip. i have tried adding a range, subnet, and ip to the “local” group

Check that your IP is also whitelisted in the System Admin - intrusion detection section.
