Because FreePBX 15 in UCP does not bring several modules that its predecessors have, such as chat and conferences, among others. ?

I’m not aware of any UCP features in 12-14 that are not present in 15. What do you think you are missing?
It actually might not be the modules are missing but that this came from a version that had prebuilt UCP (13 and under) and now there isn’t a pre-built UCP because it starts as a clean slate forcing everyone to build their UCP interface out.
It’s quite a PITA to be honest for people.
