FreePBX 14.0.13.24 High CPU usage with no calls

Hi

I am facing high CPU usage spikes on asterisk service. Please help.

You need to provide more info, at least the output of top or htop during the spikes.

these two process are running for hours and taking huge CPU usage.

That process is the Asterisk server and will be running all the time. You should try to do some troubleshooting by yourself, and try to see what is Asterisk doing by looking at the asterisk log.
