FreePBX 13 > Sangoma 7 - Databases not using UTF8

Hello,
We have migrated our FreePBX 13 to Sangoma 7 using the legacy restore. All things are fine, except that databases (extensions names, CDR reports), are become garbled (not UTF8).
Any solution to export the dbs and keep the UTF8 characters?
