I successfully upgraded to version 12 and now, G722 and video calls do not work.
I doubled checked the settings in SIP settings and all appears to be correct:

After you upgraded, what version of Asterisk did you choose? I am running FreePBX 12 with Asterisk 13 that I just upgraded to and video works fine on a Polycom VVX-1500 to another Polycom VVX-1500.
Hello I have this issue, not from an upgrade though. It worked when I first enabled it, but hasn’t worked since. I am running FreePBX 12.0.41 Asterisk 13.1.0 PHP 5.3.28
Using X-lite-PC and Zoiper App. Proper codecs.
Calls work fine otherwise.
Any solution regarding this issue?

This issue is on PBX 12, I don’t think you’ll get much support on old systems.
So, if i uprgade to the newer version this problem is solved?
Did not say that. You have better chances for things to work on supported versions. And yes, more people are using later versions so you can probably find someone that will be able to help
