FreePBX 12 Check Online Fails on RasPi

Hi!

After Update to the new version the Module Administration does only Show “Module Administration” when the “Check Online” button is clicked. Update via CLI works fine…

Anybody can help?

Please attach some screenshots

Sorry, can not upload anything as i am a new user, neither can i post a link.

There is not much more in the HTML Source beside a small java script from the notification, “Module Administration” in H1 Tags two div tags for the notification wizard.

All other pages including module overview are fine!

Hi,

I have the same problem…
A white screen with only the title Module Admin in the left top.
Even the menu is dissapeared.
Besides there are some messages in the system overview:

File /etc/dahdi/system.conf is not owned by asterisk
File /etc/dahdi/modules is not owned by asterisk
File /etc/modprobe.d/dahdi.conf is not owned by asterisk

When i open those warnings the system says:

Please run ‘amportal chown’

After i did that in SSH the warnings are still there, maybe this has something to do with each other?

Hope somebody can help me?

Go to Menu: Connectivity=>Dahdi Config and click in Enable.

Dave,

Your message is confusing. Did amportal chown help your situation or not. I can’t tell.

No, it didn’t solve the problem

And after i enabled dahdi config i get this message in DAHDI Config:DAHDi Doesn’t appear to be running. Click the ‘Restart/Reload Dahdi Button’ Below

That is completely unrelated to your original problem. Let’s try to focus on one thing at a time.

Is that fixed?

Its always showing this, yes, Updte via CLI still works as described.

Im asking D_Sanders. NOT you. Please let him reply so that I can keep this topic on track to narrowing this down.

Sorry for my late reply, no thats not fixed…
I’ve read some topics where people say it’s a zend conflict with another module…
Maybe that give us a solution?

Exact same issue; CLI is fine. Following thread to see if there is a resolution. Let me know if I can contribute anything.

Alternatively run:

amportal a ma upgrade framework

Here’s the output from that (pls note syntax error at end):

root@raspbx:~# amportal a ma upgrade framework

Please wait…

Yes that means it worked. Did you think it didn’t? (the esac thing at the end is expected. I hate running php scripts in the middle of bash scripts, but it is what it is and actually it still worked fine.).

Now run:

amportal a r

Check web interface. Still a white screen? Ok now do this:

amportal a dbug

hit f5 a few times

Copy and paste the output here.

IIRC, hitting F5 on windows means refresh, so I selected reload a few times on Safari, but the output didn’t change:

root@raspbx:~# amportal a dbug

Please wait…

There’s an F5 key on mac as well (im looking at one on my mac) but I digress.

I still have no idea why your systems are displaying white screens. Next I would say check the http log files:

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

Same procedure. Refresh. If you don’t see anything here we are unfortunately at a stalemate and you will have to work through/with your broken system.

If someone wishes to provide access to a system then I will be willing to take a look so as to fix this for other people

Yes, I have the F5 key, but it doesn’t do a refresh in Safari. I was just being overly explanatory because I sense your impatience for not listening to instructions. (said with the kindest intentions)

So I left the amportal running all night, with no changes. at 07:39 GMT-04:00 this morning it did log a lot of info, but I think that was regularly scheduled repository search. I wasn’t at the console at that time.

Here’s the output of the apache log:

root@raspbx:/var/log/apache2# tail -f error.log

and when I refresh, I get this:

root@raspbx:/var/log/apache2# tail -f error.log

@mkleine can you check the apache log as well. See above how to do that. See if you are running into any max execution errors

@Beef what you provided is helpful. Thanks. Working on figuring out the next step for when @mkleine replies

@mkleine why did you post completely different debug information on another forum than you posted here? This is why I get frustrated. It’s a lot of work keeping up this…

The mkleine issue is completely separate from this issue (I think). Mkleine you asterisk manager credentials are wrong (I determined that from looking at your post in another forum but your post there is different from what you posted here. Why?)
