FreePBX 12 Call Recording

Hi there

Just upgraded from Trixbox to the latest FreePBX 12 Distro.
Everythings working nicely, went to set call recording to “Force” for my extention 308 and it’s not creating a .wav file in the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor folder.

In the folder i see the year 2015 then the month 02, then the date 18, but there’s no .wav file recordings.
I’ve checked the CRD Call Monitor logs in the users UCP profile and all I see is the outbound call, no option to play or download a recording…

Where am I going wrong?..



Can you provide a call trace

I’ve just installed all the updates that needed updating in the module admin and it’s fixed it :smile:
