FreeBPX - tag_jitter,tag_high_jitter,tag_bad_network

Hello, we are using FreePBX 17.0.19.27 /
For me sound looks good, but we are using Twilio - I asked them to check sound quality, ect.
I am doing testing now, so I am using Zoiper on PC.
So, in total we have a little info, and they mark this like problems:
“tag_jitter”
“tag_high_jitter”
“tag_bad_network”
Can you please give me a little info, to what this problems can be related and how to debug to find out what is the problem?

This isn’t a FreePBX problem; it is a problem with the internet path.

Is your VoIP traffic going over a heavily loaded LAN?

If so, do you have control over that LAN? You may be able to prioritise VoIP or provide alternative routing.

If not, the only solution may be to move to a better ISP.
