Sangoma 405 phone, user listens to voicemail and attempts to forward the voicemail to another extension. Dialing any number with letters brings up letters instead of numbers. Pressing quickly gets to the number but how do I turn the letters off?
I’d probably submit a ticket to Sangoma on this if you don’t get an answer here. It’s a good question, I’m just thinking it’s never come up, so you might not get any good ideas from the user community.
