Forward incoming call to external number

Hi, I have a FreePBX 15 on which i need to configure a time condition that during the day send the incoming calls to an IVR (and that’s ok) and in the night it have to forward the incoming calls to a mobile number but I don’t have any idea to how to achieve this. I have 2 trunks if it helps.
