I’m currently using Asternic for my FOP2 queue stats the wallboard shows the stats (talk time, wait time) but when refreshed, it resets to 0. I’m using the lite version, do I need to purchase the Pro version to make it work?
IIRC in order for it to store the results you gotta install Call Center Stats. You don’t need to license it tho.
