Follow me not working FreePBX 14

Hi Team

I have a Remote Team with Follow me options enabled.

1111 From Server A to follow me to 2222# Server B. It works when we calls directly to 1111 and call goes to 2222.

But we are using a CRM app. When normal user make call from CRM portal it goes to his extension, he picks and then call goes to party mobile number.

But When Remote user call from his CRM app , Call goes to 1111 but it never fwd it to 2222.

Please suggest.
