After switching to converged services with At&t, when an internal to internal w/FMFM turned on … if the receiving caller answers the internal number, the FMFM call continues to ring. External to internal w/FMFM ends as expected.
Assuming that the extension is included in the Follow-Me List in the first position and Ring Strategy is ringallv2-prim, then when the internal number is answered, FreePBX should send a CANCEL request on the trunk. The trunk should respond to the CANCEL with a 200 OK, followed by a 487 Request Terminated for the original INVITE.
At the Asterisk command prompt, type
pjsip set logger on
make a test call exhibiting the problem, paste the Asterisk log for the call at pastebin.freepbx.org and post the link here.
If your connection to AT&T is other than a pjsip trunk, post details.
connection to At&t is PRI with DAHDI. With the change, we went from a true PRI though smart jacks to a converged service with a “router” on the wall from At&t.
We still connect though the two PRI connections. The card on the system is a Sangoma A101-2. B8ZS and ESF frame.
