Interesting problem the other day. This involved a user of Follow-Me to a cell phone. The cell phone malfunctioned and went out of service. His desk phone would ring once then go directly to VM. Once we realized the cell phone problem, we deactivated Follow-Me and the problem was resolved.
Anyone have a similar experience or a possible fix?

perhps you need to “confirm calls” in the follow me, the down side is that you need to confirm the call on your cell phone (press 1), the upside is that if you get an unavailable from the cell phone then the “follow me” will continue . . .
