Flash Operation Panel (FOP) problems with FreePBX 2.90rc1.4

The FOP panel isn’t greying out inactive (unregistered) extensions as the previous FreePBX 2.8 did.

I’m running Asterisk 1.8.3.3 with FreePBX 2.90 rc1.4

Not sure how to debug it, any suggestions?

Also, how I go above 40 extensions in the FOP?
