Firmware Download in EPM: ct.schmoozecom.net connection refused

Trying to download firmware on an EPM that expired support in April of this year. However the system cannot access ct.schmoozecom.net to download.

Not sure if this is because support has lapsed, or something else?

Update. Tried on another system with EPM/all Sangoma phones. Sangoma firmware failed to the same host. Something’s broken perhaps at Sangoma.
