How do I solve this?

Error(s) downloading endpoint:

  • File Integrity failed for /var/www/html/admin/modules/_cache/endpoint-15.0.59.9.tgz.gpg - aborting (sha1 did not match)

You can force a new download and ignore cache with

fwconsole ma downloadinstall endpoint --force

I am seeing the same, the edge version of EPM is broken somehow. You can install from the stable repo:

fwconsole ma downloadinstall endpoint --stable --force

Is there a reason you have edge repo enabled?

edit - The edge version of EPM was rebuilt last night and will install now.
