I’m not sure if this is a setting I am missing but when you press the Transfer key, I would expect the dial pad to come up so that it’s obvious that an extension needs to be entered to complete the transfer.
Some of our new users are confused as to what to do next and I am assuming there aren’t any other issues if this were to happen automatically.
