Hello,

I have bought and installed FaxPro module. When I go into UCP and try to send a fax it always fails:

Status: TIFF/F file cannot be opened

Not sure if its related or not but when I go to the failed folder, and when I click on Download PDF it dowloads a TIF file which is empty. I have made sure libtiff-tools is also installed and my /var/spool/asterisk/tmp folder also has asterisk permissions.

I don’t know what’s going on here, but if it’s caused by a permissions issue, you might be able to resolve with

fwconsole chown

If that doesn’t work, your module purchase includes support, open a support ticket

i have done that to no avail. Sangoma portal doesnt allow me to open tickets!
