I’ve recently noticed when I send an outbound fax using the fax pro module/UCP that the fax attempts to send it three times and then the status shows as “answer” instead of “ok” and it shows up in the sent faxes instead of the incomplete faxes. I’m wondering what is the difference between “Answer” and “Ok”. Is there someone that can help me understand what the difference is? I have searched, but was unable to find an answer, so I thought I’d post here.
