FaxPro Module fail with “The call dropped prematurely”

Hi,
I have a strange (but almost common) issue and I have already tried everything from this forum and too many others around, but with no luck.

I have a Canon i-SENSYS MF426dw as a fax machine installed on land line (in Greece) and a FreePBX server installed in Cloud.

I’m able to receive faxes from Canon to FreePBX (with FaxPro installed), without any issue.

When try to send a fax from FreePBX to Canon, it starts ringing normally, it popup a message that Canon receives the fax, but then it has an error sound and nothing to print and in UCP of FreePBX, I receive the message “The call dropped prematurely”, in failed folder.

Any ideas?
