I’m trying to test inbound/outbound faxing and I’m having a couple of issues.
our FreePBX is connected to a single inbound PRI through a sangoma vega 100g gateway.
I’ve enabled fax detection on the inbound route. chosen DAHDI as the type, and set myself as the fax recipient
in UCP I’ve enabled faxing on my user account.
so, first, when I log in to my account in UCP, I do not see any of the fax buttons at all.
second, I tried sending a test fax from our physical fax machine, and it SEEMS to connect. but it doesn’t seem to actually send the fax. it gets to the bit where it’s sending the pages and that’s about it.
