I’ve been searching searching for a couples of hours about Fax to email and couldn’t find anything. I already have the smtp part done. And i have the fax pro module working. I don’t see a section or anything like it
This can be handled in Admin>User Management section, from there you can make either a group or modify on a per user basis. There is a '“fax” tab, also make sure there is a valid email for the user that should receive fax to email in the user details section.

Update: didn’t worked.
The SMTP part is working since I made several changes to a user and the email with the changes arrived successfully, but incoming faxes are not reaching the user’s emails inbox.
I already configured the email in the extension and in the user, but it still doesn’t work.
Maybe share a screenshot of the user management Fax tab as well as The Global Fax config in the settings tab? Obviously omit any personal detail.
I’m assuming you have tried all attachment formats? Have you looked at the mail log?
In the pictures you can see how it is setup. The logs says the meail has been sent but i dont see anything in my inbox
I presume the mail log shows sent to an actual address you normally have set respective to the user details tab? Also are the messages at least making it to the UCP fax module?
