I purchased the Fax Pro Module and have installed it and it shows enabled but I do not see any of the setups screens to be able to set global settings and user settings. UCP doesn’t have the Fax menu that I understand it should have.
I am running version 12.0.76.4
In version 12 fax won’t be in User Manager
How do I set it up and use it if the setup screen isn’t there for setups and the UCP is not there for sending faxes?
The Fax interface is in UCP version 12. When purchasing this module you must wait for the module license to be approved (I suppose that is the process) for the actual changes to take place.
I now have the setups screen for fax and the ability to send from UCP.
