Fax Pro Unknown error (Originate failed)

I purchased the Fax Pro a month ago and sent one fax after I did the setup and configuration of Fax Pro.

Today I’m trying to send a fax and it does not work. I get Unknown error (Originate failed) and it does that right after I sent the fax. So it does not even dial the number. Any idea why?

Got it to work. My PBX box had pending updates to be applied. After I did that I can send faxes now
