Fax issue Sending and Receiving

Good day,

I use FreePBX 10.13.66-17,with asterisk 13.13.1

I have bought and installed the Fax Configuration Professional (version up to date 13.0.36)

I have setup everything… but it’s not working…

Incoming fax doesnt pass… i get a failure on the sending machine…
Sending fax through UCP fail to with errors:
-No response after sending a page
or
-The call dropped prematurely

I dont know where to look :frowning:

you could tail the call in asterisk CLI. asterisk -r then do core set verbose 10. This will let you follow the call in real time. Also could do a pcap of the call.

Would get you more information as to what’s happening during the call flow.
