Hello everyone, I would like to configure a queue so that between 8 pm and 6 am there is an instant failover to a voice mailbox.
Between 6 am and 8 pm the incoming call should be directed to the agents and the failover should set in after maybe 20 seconds. Is there an elegant way to configure this with freepbx or do I need to dive into the pbx code? Thank you for any hints and have a nice day.
Create a Time Group that is true when you are open.
Create a Time Condition that based on the Time Group, sends calls to the queue (when open) or the voicemail box (when closed).
Change the Inbound Route to go the the Time Condition instead of the queue.
