Failed to call out in freepbx distro 2.9.0.7

hi,
i’m newbie in freepbx software.
i got a problem with call out. but my call in is ok.
i already follow the process installation.
when i monitor the asterisk i got this result

are they have other software that i not install yet or any configuration that i need to configure before i can call out. if you got any link to i follow its also very helpfull

i very2 need a help.
my boss give me until this week to solve this problem due old person already resign and i take over that person jobs.

You gave us no information about your configuration.

I can tell from the trace the call is not even hitting a trunk so check your outbound route.

If your job is on the line you can use the official FreePBX support and purchase time in hourly blocks.

If this is an ISDN circuit you may be sending an unacceptable CID to telco.
