Failed backup

I have a current backup log as listed here:

August 19, 2023, 12:00 am - Backup Lock acquired!

August 19, 2023, 12:11 am - Building manifest…
August 19, 2023, 12:11 am - Creating backup…

August 19, 2023, 1:58 am - Could not login using combination of username (FreePBX) and password (***********)
August 19, 2023, 1:58 am - Removed backup tmp file /var/spool/asterisk/tmp/20230819-000002-1692421202-13.0.197.31-1510202262.tgz
August 19, 2023, 1:58 am - Running post-backup hooks…
August 19, 2023, 1:58 am - Backup completed with errors!

I have updated the password listed within PBX and Synology, however it keeps saying that it cannot login. Any ideas where to start?

What does Synology say about the attempt?

Could not find nothing in their logs either which is strange. The last successful backup was in March.
I wonder if the password in FreePBX needs to be logged as the sysadmin of the Synology box instead of the FreePBX login that I created in Synology?

Check the Synology firewall rules, port, and that the file you’re saving to is mounted and accessible.

File is accessible because there are file in there from 2022 so it was accessible at one point.
