Fail2ban Blocking my IP after trying to user UCP

Good morning, I am new to freepbx.

Running FreePBX 13 on a Cyberlynk VPS.

Tried to log in to the UCP to adjust voicemail. I believe i used the wrong log in and then got my self banned. How do i over ride this? I am not able to access the freepbx install from the work PC now.

I spoke with Cyberlynk. They unblocked me. I would still like to know how to do this my self
