The OP is using chan_pjsip, so those options aren’t the correct ones. Also, it is misleading to describe them as a NAT mode. Their purpose is to support broken devices which are themselves inside NAT, but not the same NAT bubble as Asterisk. Devices that know they are behind NAT and send their public addresses (e.g. a properly configured Asterisk system) don’t need them.
In any case, I believe that FreePBX sets them by default, although I’d question that policy, as it makes FreePBX violate the SIP and SDP protocols, out of the box.
They are not sufficient, if it is Asterisk itself is behind NAT.
