What is the best way to send a call to a number outside the PBX (such as a mobile number) with the option of a failover destination if the mobile number is busy?
At the moment I am using an inbound route --> misc destination which sends the call back out to a mobile number however if this mobile number rejects the call or is busy, I want to have an optional destination.
This way I would need to keep the call channel open whilst the mobile is dialling and if a busy tone is received, then send back in the system (to a queue for example.
