i am new to frepbx i create extension with name 0000 but in asterisk cli endpoint is unvalilable what would be the reason?

When you ‘create’ an extension (typically by using the FreePBX GUI), it is normal for it to be ‘unavailable’. It becomes available when a device or app registers to Asterisk and stays available if the device/app re-registers before registration expires and also answers qualify (OPTIONS) probes.
What device or app are you using? Does it display any errors about registration? Does the Asterisk log show errors that may be related?
