Extension stuck on DND

Hi there. I’m new to the forum. I’m also new to FreePBX. Learning slowly but I’m getting there. I have an issue where one of my extensions is stuck on do not disturb. No matter what i do, reset the phone, delete and remake the extension, remove user account. As soon as i remake extension 208, the DND checkbox is already selected. I re-register the yealink phone. DND button is off on the phone, however if any other extension try to call 208, it’s busy like if DND is on. idk, any help would be greatly appreciated.


Dial *79 (default code for DND deactivate) from ext. 208. What do you hear? If you then view the extensions summary page (the one you screenshotted) is the checkmark cleared? Can the extension be called?
