Extension Routing FreePBX 13

Hi,
how can I download and install module Extension Routing on my FreePBX 13?
I dont see this module when i klick “check online” and i have selected all repo.
And how can i register this module for one free year?

Commercial modules are only available on FreePBX Distro machines. You’ll need to install a FreePBX machine from Distro to be able to use commercial modules.

Commercial modules works too on CentOS 6.x,
