Extension not receiving incoming calls

Hello

I am using FreePBX Distro 14 on Asterisk 13.

I’ve got an issue where incoming calls are going straight to that extension’s voicemail but the extension is online, registered, and can dial outbound just fine. DND is not enabled.

Can someone please help me investigate the log below to determine why this is happening? Thank you!

perhaps your phone is locally set to DND ?

Hi Dicko-

Local DND isn’t enabled either, which is what’s making this so weird. I have 4 other extensions on my phone programmed and working fine for inbound calls.

Do you have at least 1 line key provisioned for the phone?

If it didn’t have a place to deliver the call, it would see that as unavailable.
