Dear all,
I would like to post my problem which is the following:
in a FreePBX installation (FreePBX 2.11.0.10) I have a ring group (secretary) configured in my ivr for incoming calls which contains 3 extensions (755, 782, 756) and the ring strategy is set to “firstavailable”.
Despite the fact that I can call 782 directly, when someone calls the ring group and the 755 phone is talking or in DND, the 782 does not ring.
My installation was working without any problhems and I cannot understand why it is broken.
