Extension immediately goes unavailable?

Anyone any ideas why this happens on local extension Fanvil x3sp on freepbx
Other zoiper extension defined the same works without any issues

What am I missing??? SMH

Line 2 which is defined the same on another voip service works fine and I can dial out on both lines

For extension 1111, try setting Qualify Frequency to 0 and Max Contacts to 4.
