This FreePBX 16, Asterisk 18 instance has been running for close to a year and a half with little issue. I have around 50 P-series phones of differing models deployed in this environment. I’ve recently received a report of users having issues with direct extension dialing. They can make external outbound calls, or receive external inbound calls, but they cannot simply dial from extension to extension. I did recently update to the latest 1.73 firmware package for D & P Series which includes firmware version 4_18_1 for the P-series phones.
Any ideas? Could it be something with the firmware update? Thank you for your help!
