Extension and Apply Config run slowly

I have a performance problem with FreePBX. When I try to open Extension or Apply Config i must wait a long time (approx. 1 minute). Actually I have 1000 Extensions. On my second installation, when I have 3000 Extension I wait 2 minutes. Is there any way to speed up?

Current Asterisk Version: 13.14.0
FreePBX version: 10.13.66-18

We have spent alot of time in FreePBX 14 which is almost ready for stable on speeding things up.
