We are having issues with a single extension dropping calls after 2 rings due to coming through as a “bad phone number”. We have run the logs but they show no outstanding issue that would make the reason why apparent. Any ideas?
There are various reasons for this to happen. Without seeing the log output of a call this happens on, we can’t really say what is calling it.
I am not sure how to get the log information on here. It was saying it’s too many characters.
