Expansion Module Changes not being rebuilt

Trying to update an expansion model for a Polycom VVX 500 (the VVX-Color-1 module) and when I make changes to the expansion module it saves in the system but it’s not rebuilding that part of the config that’s being sent to the phone.

Any ideas? I also tried making a change to the regular phone’s config to see if that would trigger - that change was made but expansion module settings haven’t been rebuilt.

Actually the config file seems like it’s being rebuilt but the Polycom isn’t updating the expansion module. For anyone else who ends up here.

Ended up doing a factory reset on the phone and recreating the expansion module in EM and that eventually got it to load.
